My decades-long effort to fight Big Tobacco has been summarized on the Smokescreen Website, which also provides a repository of key information and a world of hyperlinks; one can cobble-together a history of many threads of our work merely by examining the fabric of what has been scrupulously accumulated at that site. Other hyperlinks may be invoked from the Website of The Coalition for a Tobacco Free PA. The rationale for my litigation work is summarized herein, and the history thereof represents a work-in-progress.
As time goes on, key filings made in this matter will be uploaded to
Globalink,
the Tobacco Control site maintained in Geneva, Switzerland, by the International
Union Against Cancer (UICC), space kindly provided by Mr. Ruben J. Israel.
The loss of "format" is a trade-off for the capacity to employ web-pages
to disseminate these data, but those who would want the "originals" e-mailed
merely need request this be done (by using the e-mail form on the home-page).
There is a certain redundancy in these documents, necessarily, for the
presentation of these arguments is reformulated as situations to which
they are applied are found to evolve. The essence of this work is
that this private deal doesn't help Public Health.
